Charakusa Valley is one of the most remote and visually stunning valleys in the Karakoram range. Known for its dramatic peaks and untouched landscapes, it is a paradise for serious trekkers and climbers.
Location

When you trek from Hushey village, you may reach the Siacho Campsite after three to five hours. From there, you have two alternatives: to the left is the way to Laila Peak Base and GGLA. On your proper aspect, you’ll enter the Charakusa Valley. Charakusa Valley is surrounded by:
- K7 Peak: Famous for its immense, technical granite walls.
- K6 Peak: A massive, majestic peak dominating the area.
- Link Sar (7,041 m): A prominent, challenging summit.
- Drifika (6,650 m): A notable peak for ice and rock climbing.
- Niza Peak (6,325 m): Frequently climbed (in the above picture)
- Kapura Peak (6,545 m): One of the prominent summits in the region.
- Namika (6,325m): A significant summit located within the region.
- Hassan Peak (6,300m): Featured in trekking itineraries near the glacier.
- Farhat Peak (6,030m): A lesser-known, challenging summit.
