Day 1 – Islamabad – Skardu – Machulo
Fly from Islamabad to Skardu (subject to weather). Upon arrival, drive through the scenic Shyok Valley to Machulo Village, enjoying spectacular mountain scenery along the way. Check into a traditional Balti homestay, explore the village and enjoy a homemade welcome dinner.

Day 2 – Machulo – Khaney – Trek to Camp 1
After breakfast, drive to Khaney Village where you meet your trekking team. Begin the trek along traditional shepherd trails, crossing mountain streams and lush alpine meadows before reaching Camp 1.
